I’ve been invited by Riverside Home Source to conduct some basic keyword research for their local market as an opportunity to show off my new hyperlocal keyword discovery tool that was launched this morning. The idea behind this post is to demonstrate steps that are taken to create a list of keywords that riverside home buyers and sellers would possibly be searching for via the major search engines.

I didn’t add anything I didn’t want to market within this list and you shouldn’t either. When I submit this form I’ll get a total of 147 Riverside area specific keyword combinations returned to me and I’ve spent no more than two minutes on creating my list.
